Children and Young People

Our products are designed for use by children and young people, but our online store is intended for use by adults. You must be 18 or over to place an order or create an account with us.

We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it. In practice this means:

• Order and transaction records — retained for 6 years from the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
• Account information — retained for as long as your account is open. If your account is inactive for 24 months we will contact you before closing and deleting it.
• Customer support correspondence — retained for 24 months after your enquiry is resolved, or longer where it relates to an ongoing dispute, warranty claim or product safety matter.
• Marketing preferences and mailing list data — retained until you unsubscribe, and for 12 months afterwards so we can honour your opt-out. We keep a permanent suppression record of unsubscribed email addresses so we do not contact you again.
• Website and cookie data — retained in line with the cookie banner preferences you set, typically for no longer than 13 months.
• Fraud and security records — retained for up to 6 years where we need them to protect our business or defend a legal claim.

Where we no longer need your personal information, we delete it or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you.

We also use automated fraud screening when you place an order, which may in rare cases delay or decline a transaction. We do not make decisions that produce legal effects for you, or similarly significant effects, based solely on automated processing. If you reside in the UK or European Economic Area, and subject to exceptions and limitations provided by local law, you may exercise the following rights in addition to the rights outlined above:
